About

Better together, built over decades.

Christine and Meghan bring different strengths to the table — operations and product, process and technology, how the work gets done and what's worth building. But what makes Dividend work is how long we've been putting those strengths to work together.

We met in kindergarten and started our first business in elementary school: a summer camp for the younger kids in our neighborhood, run out of Christine's backyard.

That was the beginning of a partnership that followed us into our careers. Over the last decade, we built experience across product, operations, customer experience, and technology — and across four different companies, kept finding opportunities to work and build together.

Along the way, we built marketing tools for small businesses, managed products and customer experiences serving hundreds of thousands of people, and led product and operations inside growing software companies. We developed different areas of expertise, but also learned that we do our best work together. As one former leader put it, we're powerhouses on our own, but a force to be reckoned with together.

We also saw the same problem across businesses again and again: capable people spending too much of their time on work that was manual, repetitive, disconnected, or simply harder than it needed to be.

So we decided to build together again — this time, for ourselves.

We started Dividend to bring what we've learned to other businesses: finding where time, effort, and opportunity are being lost, then figuring out what better processes, smarter systems, automation, or custom technology can do about it.

When you work with Dividend, you get both of us. We bring different perspectives to the same problem, challenge each other's thinking, catch what the other missed, and build something better because of it.

Christine

Operations, systems, and how the work actually gets done.

Christine spent her career on the operations and customer side of software companies. She ran customer operations and success at a data-driven home-services company, managed products inside one of the country's largest carriers, and spent years building marketing software for small businesses.

Across those roles, she saw firsthand how quickly good teams can get buried in repetitive work, disconnected systems, and processes that made sense once but no longer do.

That's the lens she brings to Dividend: understanding how the work actually moves, finding where it stalls or takes more effort than it should, and figuring out what to simplify, systemize, or automate first.

Product, technology, and figuring out what's worth building.

Meghan spent her career building products and solving complex business problems with technology. Most recently, she led product at a software company in the home-services industry, building tools that turned complicated rebate, tax, and pricing data into something contractors could actually use. Before that, she led product for growth and CRM tools in fitness and wellness, managed teams shipping multiple coaching products, and was responsible for the customer experience of a product serving a quarter-million people every month at one of the country's largest wireless carriers.

Along the way, she uncovered a six-figure billing error that had gone unnoticed and led a change that reduced fraud by 20% and saved millions annually.

That's the lens she brings to Dividend: finding the problem that's actually worth solving, figuring out the simplest way to solve it, and making sure what gets built creates real value for the business.

Work with both of us.
