Custom AI & Technology Consulting for HVAC Companies
Every HVAC business works differently. We learn what's costing your team time and money, then build custom technology and AI solutions around the software you already use.
From eliminating repetitive office work to capturing more leads, we help make running your business easier.
Find your biggest opportunity
What's slowing your HVAC business down?
A real contractor problem
What does custom technology consulting actually look like?
Taking the manual work out of HVAC rebates
An HVAC contractor we spoke with was spending hours manually pulling information from ServiceTitan to prepare rebate submissions.
We designed a solution that would bring that information into one dashboard, track missing documents, and prepare rebate packets ready for review and submission.
Instead of manually gathering information across multiple places, their office team could manage the process from one place.
Less repetitive paperwork. Fewer missed details. More time back for the team.

How customization works
Built around the way you work
01
Understand your business
We learn your operations, find the friction and scope a practical workflow using the software you already have.
02
Build, implement & test
We configure connections and build custom solutions where needed, then test the handoffs with your team.
03
Measure & improve
We agree on useful measures—like response time or office hours saved—and improve the workflow as your business changes.
Connections depend on your software, available access and agreed scope—not automatic replacement of your systems.
Who you'd work with
We Know HVAC. And We Know How to Build Better Systems.

We combine HVAC technology, product development, operations and customer experience to build custom workflows that create measurable value for your business.
We're Christine and Meghan, the founders of Dividend. Before starting Dividend, we helped build and lead EDEN, an instant quoting platform for HVAC contractors.
Christine was EDEN's first hire, helping build the product from the ground up as Head of Customer Operations & Success. Meghan advised from the beginning before becoming Chief Product Officer. They both worked closely with contractors to understand their businesses, solve real operational challenges, and make technology actually work for their teams.
Before EDEN, Meghan worked on FieldEdge, a CRM and field service management platform serving HVAC contractors.
Together, we bring 15 years of experience working with small businesses, building technology, and simplifying the workflows that slow teams down.
For Meghan, HVAC is also family. Her husband is a commercial HVAC technician, and her father spent years at Trane before starting Johnson Barrow Inc. It's an industry she's grown up around and genuinely cares about.
We don't need to learn HVAC from scratch. We know the industry, understand the challenges, and love building practical solutions that make running your business easier.
